Information you provide
When you place an order, we collect information such as your name, email, shipping address, selected products and variants, quantities, and order details. You may also provide school affiliation, referral or promotional information, account and profile details, community content, and information in support requests.
Information you choose to publish in a public profile or community post may be visible to other visitors. Avoid including private information in public content.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details through its secure payment interface. Our application does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain order amounts, payment status, transaction references, and related reconciliation records to administer your purchase. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy practices.
How information is used
Information is used to manage accounts, process and verify payments, fulfill and track orders, respond to support requests, administer refunds and other remedies, protect the service, and maintain transaction records.
The site also records usage and referral events, including session identifiers, traffic sources, campaign parameters, and interactions, to understand engagement and attribute sales and referrals.
Browser storage and technical information
The site uses browser storage and session mechanisms for functions such as authentication, retaining cart contents, order confirmation lookup, referral attribution, and preferences. Service infrastructure may process technical information, including network and browser information, to operate and protect the site.
You can clear or restrict cookies and local or session storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or remove cart contents, saved preferences, and referral information. External sites reached through social or other links have their own privacy practices.
Service providers and sharing
Relevant information is shared with services involved in operating the site and completing your order, including Stripe for payments and tax calculation, Lovable Cloud for hosting and account services, email delivery services, and assigned production and fulfillment partners such as Printful, Printify, or Apliiq and shipping carriers.
Fulfillment partners receive information needed to produce and deliver purchases, such as ordered items and delivery details. For purchases through an organization’s storefront, authorized organization staff may access the order information associated with that store.
Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal obligations or address security and fraud issues.
Retention and security
Order and related operational records are maintained for fulfillment, support, reconciliation, accounting, and other applicable obligations. Browser-stored information may remain until cleared or changed by the site. No single fixed retention period is represented in this notice.
Access controls and payment verification help protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or payment credentials by email.
Your requests and choices
Contact customer support to ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill an order, resolve a dispute, or satisfy legal obligations; applicable privacy rights remain in effect.
